Svmuu News: FTX Historian posted on X that a class-action lawsuit related to FTX has been dismissed. Although the plaintiffs did not receive any compensation, the lead attorney was awarded $650,000. The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Fund had invested $95 million in FTX. The class-action lawsuit alleged that the fund failed to conduct proper due diligence on its investment. Additionally, former FTX customers in the U.S. have filed similar lawsuits against FTX shareholders.
