Fadi Al Kurdi of FFA Kings noted in a report that the data “could be crucial in shaping monetary policy expectations for 2026.”He noted that any significant deviation from expectations could inject volatility into the foreign exchange and bond markets. Meanwhile, markets are awaiting an upcoming U.S. Supreme Court ruling on whether theDonald Trumpcan invoke the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to impose tariffs without congressional approval.The U.S. Dollar Index rose 0.1% to 99.091, hitting a four-week high.
