Svmuu News: At a press conference, the Supreme People’s Court stated that in the coming year, it will issue judicial interpretations on civil compensation for insider trading and market manipulation in the securities market, conduct in-depth research on judicial measures for new types of financial cases involving private equity funds and virtual currencies, and improve the judicial safeguard system for the financial sector. At the same time, the Supreme People’s Court will continue to conduct research and provide guidance on improving the governance structures of private enterprises, ensure the equal protection of the lawful rights and interests of private enterprises and entrepreneurs in accordance with the law, expedite the issuance of judicial interpretations supporting the new Company Law, and continue to advance the establishment of bankruptcy courts.
