Svmuu News: French police have arrested two minors and a 35-year-old man. The three are suspected of carrying out two consecutive armed robberies targeting cryptocurrency holders on March 10: In the first incident, in a residential area south of Paris, they attempted but failed to break into the target’s home. About 30 minutes later, they broke into the home of another female cryptocurrency holder, took her family hostage, and stole jewelry. Police subsequently deployed approximately 100 armed officers and two helicopters in a six-hour manhunt, recovering the stolen goods from the suspects’ vehicle. Prosecutors have charged three individuals with organized crime, armed robbery, kidnapping, and extortion; two of them are currently in custody awaiting trial. (dlnews)
