U.S. Official: U.S. Has Not Implemented a Full Blockade of the Strait of Hormuz

The official clarified that the U.S. has not implemented a full blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, but only a blockade on vessels entering and leaving Iranian ports along the entire Iranian coastline.
