Lido: Pauses earnETH Deposits Due to Kelp Security Incident; stETH and Staking Protocol Unaffected
Svmuu News Lido posted on the X platform, stating that it is currently monitoring the developments regarding the Kelp DAO security incident. As the current earnETH product has exposure to rsETH, new deposits to earnETH have been paused as a precautionary measure. Lido is collaborating with relevant partners to assess the situation and will disclose more information based on future developments. Lido added that stETH and wstETH are not affected by the rsETH incident, and the security issue does not involve the Lido staking protocol itself.
