Paul Atkins added that the U.S. SEC is accelerating efforts to establish a clear regulatory foundation for digital assets, collaborating with other regulators and Congress to advance this initiative. He also introduced the "A-C-T" strategy, which includes Advancing regulatory modernization, Clarifying regulatory boundaries, and Transforming the rule system based on fundamental principles. This strategy aims to enhance the competitiveness of U.S. markets and solidify its position as a global hub for investment and business.
