Svmuu News: Oxium, a DeFi lending platform within the Sei ecosystem, has announced that it will cease operations, citing low revenue due to prolonged adverse market conditions that have made continued operations financially unsustainable.
Oxium stated that users’ assets deposited on the platform remain intact and under their control, but urged users to plan ahead and complete withdrawals in an orderly manner. The front end is scheduled to shut down on August 1, 2026, and users are advised to cancel all pending orders, close existing positions, and withdraw their assets from the platform.
