Svmuu News: The Central Headquarters of the Iranian Supreme Joint Military Command (Khatam al-Anbiya) stated on Wednesday that the Iranian Armed Forces would launch a “devastating response” against U.S. forces. This came after Iran accused U.S. forces of launching strikes against parts of southern Iran, calling them “acts of blatant aggression,” and warning that Tehran would not allow U.S. interference in the management of the Strait of Hormuz. The command stated that the only safe passage for merchant ships and oil tankers through the waterway is the route designated by Iran.
U.S. forces launched a new round of strikes against Iran on Tuesday and revoked licenses allowing Iran to export oil following missile attacks on three oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz, further straining an already fragile ceasefire agreement.
