Svmuu News: The final subscription results for Changxin Technology’s strategic placement have been released. The initial allocation for the 30 strategic investors was 3.344 billion shares, but the actual final subscription volume was 1.667 billion shares—a decline of approximately half. This has sparked market speculation. Reportedly, this is related to standard industry practice.
Regarding the number of shares allocated to strategic investors, the initial allocation is typically designed to meet the regulatory upper limit, allowing for some flexibility. For Changxin Technology’s large-scale offering, the maximum allocation for strategic investors was set at 3.344 billion shares (50% of the total offering), with adjustments made later based on actual circumstances. It is reported that although the actual subscription volume decreased, the total subscription amount from the 30 strategic investors matched their original commitment (14.437 billion yuan). Furthermore, the difference in shares was transferred to the public subscription pool, significantly increasing the lottery win rate for retail investors. (Jin Shi)
