AI startup Encore AI announced the completion of a $30 million Series A funding round led by Team8. The company is dedicated to developing AI voice agents that analyze calls, messages, and CRM data between businesses and customers to identify effective sales and customer support strategies, which are then translated into “scripts” for AI agents to assist with or autonomously handle customer interactions. Encore AI plans to use the funds to expand its sales operations in the United States and deploy its platform to more large financial institutions.
