Taiwan Security Chief Says China's 'Hybrid Warfare' Tests Whole Region
Joseph Wu, Secretary-General of Taiwan’s National Security Council, stated that China's "hybrid warfare" presents a fresh challenge to the entire region. He specifically highlighted China's mass deployment of its coast guard and other vessels to enforce territorial claims, re-branding maritime aggression as routine police work. Wu noted this is a challenge not only for Taiwan.
