BofA Reiterates Buy Rating on Micron (MU) with $1,550 Price Target, Citing Recent Pullback as Buying Opportunity and Strong AI Memory Demand
Bank of America (BofA) reiterated its Buy rating on Micron (MU) and maintained a $1,550 price target, calling the recent selloff an "enhanced buying opportunity." The bank expects memory pricing to normalize from 2027–2028 but believes fundamentals remain strong, supported by robust AI memory demand. BofA forecasts Micron's FY2028 EPS at approximately $150, with a bear case of around $100, significantly above the prior cycle peak of $12. The bank also views China's CXMT as "not a threat in AI."
