Instacart (Maplebear, Nasdaq: CART) shares rose 11.9% at 11:05 AM ET after the company reported second-quarter revenue of $1.043 billion, exceeding the market consensus of $1.03 billion. Instacart also issued a strong third-quarter outlook, projecting a gross transaction value (GTV) of $10.3 billion to $10.55 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $320 million to $340 million, both above analyst expectations.
