LegalZoom (LZ) shares fell 30% after the company lowered its fiscal year 2026 revenue guidance.
The company's stock price fell on August 6 after it released its second-quarter earnings report. LegalZoom lowered its full-year revenue guidance from $810-$830 million to $795-$805 million and also lowered its adjusted EBITDA guidance. Previously, on August 4, LegalZoom announced the integration of new agents into Microsoft 365 Copilot to assist small businesses with business formation and legal advice.
