Beijing-based Ingenic Semiconductor Co., Ltd. passed its HKEX main board listing hearing on August 9. The company's move to list in Hong Kong comes at a time of significant performance recovery. According to previously disclosed performance forecasts, the company is expected to achieve total operating revenue of approximately RMB 3.989 billion in the first half of 2026, a year-on-year increase of approximately 77%; net profit attributable to the parent company is expected to be between RMB 1.079 billion and RMB 1.282 billion, a year-on-year increase of 431.03% to 531.34%. The company has currently formed three main product lines: "storage + computing + analog," with the storage business remaining the primary source of revenue.
