Metzler Capital Markets analysts believe today's U.S. inflation data will have limited influence on the Federal Reserve's September rate decision.
The analysts noted that while the data could drive short-term market movements, the Fed is likely to await additional upcoming data releases, including producer price index and personal consumption expenditures data, as well as developments in the Middle East, to guide its decision.
