NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet Photonics Platform Enters Full Production, Reduces Network Power by 5x; CoreWeave, Lambda, and Oracle Already Adopting
NVIDIA announced that its Spectrum-X Ethernet photonics platform has entered full production, becoming the first co-packaged optical (CPO) Ethernet switch to ship in volume for 200G/lane. The platform can reduce network power consumption by 5x and improve signal integrity by 64x. CoreWeave, Lambda, and Oracle are the first customers for the platform. NVIDIA's networking business revenue grew by 199% year-over-year to $14.8 billion in Q2 FY2026.
