Vanguard taps T. Rowe Price to manage portions of three active equity funds with over $42 billion in combined assets
This marks the first time T. Rowe Price has advised Vanguard. The change also involves Vanguard Explorer fund shifting further towards growth stocks, and expense ratios for Growth and Income and VVIF Small Company Growth increasing by one and three basis points respectively. Vanguard removed ArrowMark Colorado Holdings and Los Angeles Capital Management from these funds, according to a June 29, 2026 announcement.
