New Era Energy & Digital (NASDAQ:NUAI) announced that its critical data center project in Texas has received development structure and driveway entrance permits from Ector County and has submitted a Notice of Intent for site leveling to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), with site leveling expected to begin in the coming weeks. The company stated that this move significantly reduces project development risks. Additionally, with the approval of the air permit application submitted by the Phase 2 power partner, the capacity for Phase 2 of the project will increase from 450MW to approximately 550MW, bringing the total estimated capacity for Phase 1 and Phase 2 to approximately 757MW.
