Wolfspeed (WOLF) rose 5.74% to $33.61, STMicroelectronics (STM) rose 4.17% to $56.56, and ON Semiconductor (ON) rose 2.96% to $85.11, after Mizuho reported that NVIDIA's Vera Rubin platform would accelerate its rollout.
Mizuho noted in a report released on Sunday that the NVIDIA VR200 NVL72 platform is expected to see strong growth in 2027, with accelerated rollout led by xAI and Meta starting in Q4 2026. ON Semiconductor management stated that AI data center revenue is projected to double in 2026, while STMicroelectronics raised its 2026 data center business target to over $1 billion.
