Xiaomi CFO says company 'in no rush' to monetize AI investments despite Q2 net profit decline
Chinese technology giant Xiaomi's Vice-President and CFO Alain Lam stated the company is "in no rush" to convert its large investments in artificial intelligence into profit, even after recording another decline in net profits in the second quarter amid intense competition and cost inflation. Lam noted their AI investment is still in a phase of large-scale input.
