Proya's net profit surged by 46.26% to 1.168 billion yuan in the first half of the year, but its non-recurring net profit decreased by 13.80%.
The company's 2026 semi-annual report disclosed revenue of 5.375 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.24%. The divergence between net profit attributable to the parent company and non-recurring net profit was mainly due to large-scale non-recurring gains and losses, with the acquisition of a 12.55% stake in Huazhixiao for 351 million yuan in May, increasing its shareholding to 51%, being a significant factor. Main business profitability did not improve synchronously. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 11.80 yuan for every 10 shares.
