According to Statistics Canada, retail sales in June reached CAD 74.3 billion (approximately USD 53.67 billion). E-commerce sales accounted for CAD 5.7 billion, representing 7.7% of total retail sales. Furthermore, Statistics Canada's preliminary estimate for July indicates a 0.8% decrease in retail sales.
