Cerebras Systems and NVIDIA announced their latest financial reports. Cerebras' core revenue grew by 103% to $210 million, while NVIDIA's Q1 revenue was $81.61 billion.
Two companies recently released their financial reports, showcasing different visions for AI computing. NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) reported Q1 FY2027 revenue of $81.61 billion, with data center revenue reaching $75.246 billion, a 92% year-over-year increase, and networking business growing by 199%. NVIDIA expects Q2 FY2027 revenue to be $91 billion, plus or minus 2%. Cerebras Systems (NASDAQ: CBRS), after its IPO, achieved core revenue of $209.87 million, a 103% year-over-year increase, but GAAP revenue was $180.11 million, slightly below market expectations by 6.95%. The company's backlog (remaining performance obligations) reached $25.4 billion, and it raised its core revenue guidance for FY2026 to $880 million to $890 million, with plans to triple revenue in 2027.
