Broadcom's AI semiconductor orders exceeded $30 billion in the second fiscal quarter, with AI semiconductor revenue growing 143% year-over-year to $10.8 billion. The company expects AI chip revenue to grow over 200% year-over-year to $16 billion in the third fiscal quarter. Micron Technology, on the other hand, secured approximately $100 billion in contracted memory revenue through a five-year "take-or-pay" agreement and received $22 billion in cash deposits and letters of credit. Micron Technology's third fiscal quarter revenue reached $41.5 billion, with a gross margin of 84.9%, and DRAM prices increased by approximately 60% quarter-over-quarter.
