Nomad Foods (NYSE:NOMD) CFO Ruben Baldew purchased 28,290 shares of the company's stock on August 19 at a price of $11.85 per share.
The purchase increased Baldew's direct equity holding by 8%, bringing his total direct shareholding to 367,172 shares. Previously, Baldew had also increased his stake in the company during the first quarter and in June of this year.
