Bilbel Capital Sold CareCloud (CCLD) Shares, Citing More Attractive Opportunities Despite Believing CCLD Undervalued
Bilbel Capital, an investment management company, disclosed in its Q2 2026 investor letter that it sold most of its CareCloud (CCLD) shares. The firm stated that while it believes CareCloud is undervalued, it found other companies that are even more undervalued. CareCloud's Q1 2026 revenue was 15% lower year-over-year (including acquisitions), and 5.6% lower without acquisitions, attributed to "structural churn." The firm's strategy returned -15.7% gross and -16.1% net in the first half of 2026, compared to a 10.2% return for the S&P 500 Index. CareCloud (NASDAQ:CCLD) closed at $2.50 per share on August 24, 2026, with a market capitalization of $106.24 million.
