RGA Investment Advisors disclosed in its Q2 2026 investor letter that it has purchased shares of the software company GitLab (Nasdaq:GTLB). The firm believes that AI is undoubtedly driving demand for GitLab's products, and while its traditional per-seat pricing model faces challenges, AI-related revenue is expected to grow significantly. RGA Investment Advisors noted that GitLab's valuation is attractive, with an enterprise value/sales ratio below 4x, an enterprise value/EBITDA ratio of approximately 20x, a free cash flow yield exceeding 5%, and revenue growth still in the high teens.
