Jetall Pharmaceuticals has exclusively licensed the global development, manufacturing, and commercialization rights of MTS-128, its proprietary trispecific TCE drug developed on the NanoForge platform, to Boulevard Bio, a biotechnology company established with the support of US pharmaceutical investment firm Deerfield. The company has received an upfront payment of $20 million and is eligible to receive up to $1.6 billion in development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments, as well as tiered sales royalties. This transaction sets a new record for the largest single overseas out-licensing deal for a preclinical TCE project by a Chinese pharmaceutical company.
