Saudi Arabia is sharply increasing oil loadings from its Persian Gulf ports, with around 7 million barrels of shipping capacity loading at Ras Tanura on Tuesday. This move comes as Houthi threats disrupt its Red Sea export route. Despite the shift, Saudi exports remain below pre-war levels, while shipments from storage facilities in Egypt have surged to about 2.1 million barrels per day in August.
