Hong Kong's residential property prices fell by 0.46% in July, with the index dropping from 323 points in June to 321.5 points, according to the latest data released by the Rating and Valuation Department (RVD) on Thursday. This marks the first decline since April last year, ending a 13-month consecutive upward trend. Year-to-date, Hong Kong's residential property prices have cumulatively risen by 7.3%.
