Shenzhen Longsys Electronics Co., Ltd. (Longsys) is seeking a listing in Hong Kong, aiming to raise up to HK$6.28 billion (approximately US$801 million) through the offering. According to the company's listing document released on Monday, the offering will provide approximately 26 million shares at a maximum price of HK$240.60 per share. If the over-allotment option is exercised, the fundraising scale could increase to US$1.06 billion, with an indicative market capitalization of up to US$24.9 billion. Longsys expects its shares to begin trading on September 8. This move follows a roughly 50% rise in the company's A-shares this year and continues the trend of Chinese AI supply chain companies going public.
