MicroStrategy purchased 4,603 Bitcoin for $369.7 million between Aug. 24-30, at an average price of $80,318 per BTC, funding the purchase through MSTR share sales.
The company now holds 845,050 Bitcoin, acquired for $63.73 billion at an average price of $75,412 per BTC. MicroStrategy raised $602.8 million in total net proceeds from MSTR share sales during the period. It also repurchased $151.8 million of STRC preferred stock and reported $5.10 billion in USD reserves.
