Judge Ann Donnelly on Tuesday questioned why the case should be heard in New York rather than in South Korea during a preliminary hearing at the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. The plaintiffs argue that Coupang Inc. is an American company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
