Visa upgrades A2A Protect solution, integrating Featurespace technology to prevent account-to-account fraud before funds are transferred.
Visa has launched an upgraded version of its A2A Protect solution, designed to help financial institutions identify account-to-account (A2A) fraud before customer funds are transferred. This update includes a new unified fraud score, marking the first product to market integrating Featurespace's technology since Visa's acquisition of the company. The unified score aims to provide banks with clearer and faster signals for identifying fraudulent transactions, while also reducing false positives. Additionally, Visa is developing a standalone capability called Visa Graph IQ, which leverages graph technology to support deeper fraud investigations, helping institutions map fraud networks, uncover money laundering activities, and accelerate investigations.
