Fashion brand Vince announced its second-quarter financial results for the period ending August 1st, with net sales increasing by 11.7% year-over-year to $81.8 million, primarily driven by growth in direct-to-consumer and wholesale businesses. Adjusted operating income was $16.4 million, net income was $10.6 million, and diluted earnings per share were 80 cents. The company raised its full-year sales and EPS outlook. Additionally, Vince has acquired a 5% stake in Drake's OVO brand and become its core apparel and retail licensee, responsible for OVO's global design, product development, and sales, as well as acquiring the operations of OVO retail stores.
