Mako Mining has signed a Mineral Agreement with the Government of Guyana and the Guyana Geology and Mines Commission, establishing a long-term legal, fiscal, and operational stability framework for the Eagle Mountain Gold Project. The project, located in west-central Guyana, spans approximately 5,050 hectares and is 100% owned by Mako Mining through its subsidiary, Stronghold Guyana. The agreement covers mining and exploration licenses, permits, and fiscal terms for a period of ten years, and includes provisions for environmental requirements, community development, and prioritization of Guyanese labor.
