Superhuman, an AI-powered productivity platform, has acquired Fathom, a Y Combinator-backed notetaker. Fathom, founded in 2020, has raised over $30 million in funding and was valued at $94 million in 2024. The company boasts over 400,000 monthly active users. Superhuman CEO Shishir Mehrotra stated that the acquisition aims to integrate a finished notetaker product into its productivity suite, with AI at its core, to proactively assist users with tasks like drafting emails and scheduling follow-up meetings based on meeting data.
