Cheplapharm has entered into a strategic partnership with Sanofi, under which Cheplapharm will take over Sanofi's portfolio of 20 mature medicines and three production sites located in Hungary, Singapore, and France. As part of the transaction, Sanofi will acquire a 26.4% equity stake in Cheplapharm. The commercial transition is planned to commence in the first quarter of 2027 and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and employee consultations. This transaction is not expected to impact Sanofi's 2026 financial guidance.
