Goldman Sachs analysts reiterated a "Buy" rating on Meta, projecting its AI product Muse could generate $2.4 billion in annual revenue.
Goldman Sachs analyst Eric Sheridan reiterated a "Buy" rating on Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: META) on September 14, with a price target of $725, implying a potential upside of approximately 12%. Goldman Sachs believes that if Meta's AI agent product, Muse, can attract 10 million users subscribing to the $20/month Power Plan, or 2 million users subscribing to the $100/month Maximum tier, it could generate $2.4 billion in annual revenue for the company. However, Goldman Sachs also noted that the biggest risks for Muse are privacy and security concerns, and potential pressure on unit economics if a large number of users remain on the free tier.
