The Singapore-registered Novva Group, focused on data centers and renewable energy infrastructure for AI, has signed a binding framework agreement to acquire a 3.17GW portfolio of development-stage renewable energy projects in Argentina from Germany-based ABO Energy. The transaction will proceed through due diligence and is expected to be formalized with a share purchase agreement in the coming months.
