Ethereum (ETH) prices held above $2,600 this weekend, confirming its breakout from a multi-month consolidation range. Certified Technical Analyst Aksel Kibar (CMT, TechCharts) had previously predicted this scenario in mid-August, setting an intermediate target of $2,163. Kibar cautioned that the market is now entering a critical follow-up phase, where buyers must defend their newly gained positions to prevent prices from retreating to the $1,800-$2,000 range. If Ethereum can stably remain above $2,550, this level will serve as a solid foundation for further growth.
