CITIC Securities, a leading Chinese brokerage, is set to undergo a senior management reshuffle, with Zhang Youjun retiring and current General Manager Zou Yingguang taking over.
Wallstreetcn.com has learned that CITIC Securities made internal personnel adjustments on September 22. Zhang Youjun, who has served as chairman for over a decade, will retire, and current General Manager Zou Yingguang will take over. The new round of adjustments to CITIC Securities' management will be finalized after completing the relevant procedures for listed companies. Zou Yingguang was appointed General Manager in November 2024 and has a long history in bond and fixed income businesses. As of the end of June 2026, CITIC Securities' total assets reached 2.47 trillion yuan, with first-half revenue of 49.692 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 50%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 23.343 billion yuan, up 69.6% year-on-year.
