Africa's richest person Aliko Dangote and Ethiopian Investment Holdings will invest $660 million to build a petroleum-products pipeline to link the Horn of Africa nation to Djibouti’s coast. The pipeline will stretch for 120 kilometers and include two petroleum storage facilities of approximately 375,000 cubic metres at Damerjog and 800,000 cubic metres at Dewele.
