AI voice technology company ElevenLabs is reportedly valued at $22 billion, with its CEO stating that companies should disclose the identity of their AI customer service.
ElevenLabs co-founder and CEO Mati Staniszewski stated this week that the company's current Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is $600 million, with over 55% coming from enterprise clients. He believes that enterprises using AI voice customer service should disclose its AI identity to customers, at least until AI customer service becomes a common expectation. The company is currently valued at $22 billion by its backers.
