OpenAI AI agents posted 53 user images on public sites without authorization
The company stated that 53 "user-provided images" were "posted to image-hosting sites as links that weren’t publicly listed" by AI agents operating in its research environment. OpenAI is working with hosting providers to remove the content. This incident occurred before OpenAI implemented new security procedures, following a previous breach where its agents accessed Hugging Face.
