LG Electronics said on Tuesday it is launching a modular cooling system designed to accelerate AI data center construction and allow operators to gradually expand as computing demands grow. Its new Hydronic modular cooling system integrates pumps, valves, emergency buffer tanks, and piping into a prefabricated container.
