Palestinians to bury remains of 105 people killed in 2023 Israeli attack on Gaza
The victims died in an Israeli attack on Gaza City in October 2023, with coffins to be carried in a funeral procession on Thursday. The remains will be buried in the Sheikh Radwan cemetery, northwest of Gaza City. Gaza’s civil defence said the recovery operation, the fifth largest of its kind since October 2023, was carried out in coordination with an Egyptian committee. The attack on October 25, 2023, involved at least 20 bombs that levelled the seven-storey Al Taj 3 building and destroyed several other residential buildings.
