The White House announced today that the Trump administration has launched the most ambitious science initiative in decades, with a total investment exceeding $6 billion, aiming to usher in a new golden age of science. NVIDIA has pledged $1 billion, AMD $500 million, OpenAI $200 million, Anthropic and Google $150 million each, AMP and Emerald AI $100 million each, and AWS, Armada, Crusoe, and Micron $50 million each, to support superintelligence (SI) scientific tools and computing credits for the "Genesis Mission Consortium." This initiative will empower scientists to leverage the SI-driven scientific revolution, support American STEM students and early-career scientists, and revive ambitious national science missions.
